Ugly Duck Studios - In her final semester at Berklee College of Music, Crystalinda undertook a valuable internship at Ugly Duck Recording Studio. Throughout her internship, Crystalinda acquired proficiency in a range of essential areas, including recording techniques, studio operations, audio editing and mixing, equipment maintenance, collaboration dynamics, live recording practices, and a nuanced understanding of studio gear. Moreover, she was fortunate to witness and actively engage in the studio's relocation process, affording her the unique opportunity to observe the meticulous construction of a recording studio from its inception, further enriching her understanding of the industry. Berklee Valencia - During her junior year of college, Crystalinda seized the enriching opportunity to embark on a study abroad program at the Berklee Valencia campus. Throughout this immersive experience, she dedicated her focus to her minor in Music Technology, diligently acquiring a diverse skill set that encompassed live sound and stagecraft, virtual production techniques, recording and mixing, and proficiency in various Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs). Under the tutelage of esteemed audio engineers Lucas Martín and Patrick Soria, she refined her abilities in creating and producing music, both in the studio and in live settings. Her emphasis on preparing for musicians, whether in a live performance or studio recording scenario, reflects a comprehensive understanding of music production. The exposure to a new cultural environment and the privilege of international travel not only broadened Crystalinda's artistic horizons but also served as a wellspring of inspiration for her original compositions. Production and DAW - While at Berklee College of Music, Crystalinda adeptly navigated and gained proficiency in a diverse array of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), including Logic, Pro Tools, and Ableton. Guided by esteemed professors, she acquired a comprehensive skill set encompassing audio recording, MIDI sequencing, audio editing, mixing techniques, automation, signal flow management, utilization of instrument and effect plugins, file export and import procedures, collaboration features, mastering concepts, troubleshooting, optimization, and a nuanced understanding of DAW-specific functionalities.

Under the mentorship of these experienced instructors, Crystalinda successfully applied these skills to a spectrum of projects, ranging from creating faithful "sound-alike" covers to recording and mixing original compositions for various artists. Her expertise extends to microphone usage and its impact on production quality, demonstrating a keen understanding of audio capture nuances. Additionally, she has demonstrated proficiency in creating compositions entirely "in the box," showcasing her ability to effectively utilize digital instruments within the production process.
